Listening to our clients with intent
The success of our customers can be partly attributed to the steadfast discipline of focus. We understand what our customers want because we follow what we call our “listening process”.
We strive to make the best use of time when information gathering. We know your time is valuable. Listening with intent is not always as easy as it sounds. We all, at times, want to quickly surmise a conclusion of our own thinking we can see the end game prior to the speaker finishing his/her thoughts. We strive as an organization to teach our employees to slow down and truly listen to all aspects and angles. After all, you are the experts at your business and listening with intent and focus is the best way for us to garner this knowledge.
In most cases, we have built intense questioning processes that are industry specific so as to assure we cover all areas required. During these sessions we are not only listening but we can also digitally recording the sessions. These recordings can be used for further analysis later. By doing this, it allows us to concentrate on what you are saying and not focusing on taking notes, and perhaps losing concentration on the issues at hand.
