Provide Continuous Feedback Through Superior Project Management

Successful projects do not happen without superior Project Management.  We assure that this occurs by utilizing our experienced project managers in concert with our client’s project manager to coordinate and drive all aspects of the engagement..

We have weekly project status meetings either on site or via a web meeting.  In these weekly meetings the following issues are reviewed:  

• Major milestone status
• Detailed task status
• Tasks planned for next two periods
• Project risks
• Critical issues
• Project budget to actual status
• Accounts receivable analysis
• Risk Log, Issue Log, and Task Log

What this provides to you is a clear picture of all aspects of the engagement via continuous feedback.  You are monitoring our joint efforts assuring you have a say in all aspects of the project and that you are apprised of the status of all aspects of the engagement.
