Constantly Improve and Leverage Our Methods and Procedures
For many, the concept of becoming an expert brings to mind the age old adage of putting your nose to the grindstone. This, of course, remains true today. Most of us have to work hard to become an expert at anything we do in life. Although we demand hard work, we are firm believers that you also have to work smart. One of the many ways we assure that we are working smart is by constantly improving our methods and tool sets.
Working smart is accomplished in a number of ways. A major way we have thought to work smart is by developing methods and procedures that outline the processes required, that gives feedback as to the progress or lack of progress, that convey the information necessary for our clients to monitor and understand all aspects of the engagement on a timely basis. These standards provide clients the ability to know when the project is off track prior to it actually happening, and allow the feedback required to get back on track.
One of the many ways we improve these standards is via our project closure process where we ask our clients to give us feedback on how we did, how we can improve, where we missed any critical issues. This rating process is also used to obtain feedback on personnel that worked on the engagement.
