Good people are the most crucial element of the success in a service organization. An organization’s reputation and offerings are built over time by the employees. As such, the character of our personnel at all levels is of utmost importance. We strive to employ self-motivated, ethical team players that strive to implement the job right the first time. We believe in the age old adage of “work hard, play hard” but at the same time work smart. We want our people to achieve a balance between their work life and their personal life. Balance in all respects is important for the overall health of the organization and, in fact, the happiness of our customers.

Certifications
We average five (5) certifications per employee. These certifications are typically product specific in a functional or technical nature. We also bring a wealth of industry knowledge to bear with certified public accountants (CPA) and Microsoft Certified Professionals, to name just a few.
Offer the best compensation and benefits packages
We offer a very unique compensation plan to our associates. While striving to offer industry leading salaries, people do not work for pay alone. We have put together a system that combines industry high salaries with up to 4 levels of commission, that increase yearly as you build seniority with us; A 401(k) Plan with company contribution; Annual year-end profit sharing; One of the best health care plans in the industry; two to four weeks vacation, as well as five sick / personal days and ten company paid holidays per year; And, on top of all of this, after your sixth year of service with us a company paid sabbatical of four continuous weeks.
Semi annual reviews with peer and client contributions
We have an extensive review process that includes ratings from the following: team leader review, supervisor review, self review, peer review, and a project related customer review. The fact that this happens twice per year means you have the opportunity to continuously improve and are always aware of where you stand.
