Real Solutions has embraced multiple tools from Microsoft to help manage projects.  Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services is the tool that Real Solutions uses to consolidate all relevant project information and collaborate, real-time, with customers. Microsoft Project is used as the tool to plan detailed tasks and activities on a project.  Microsoft Office is used to create most deliverables such as process flow documentation, design documents, conversion mapping templates and signoff documents. These tools help the project team stay focused on tasks, provide customer management with timely updates and facilitate adherence to the project implementation approach.

Real Solutions believes in frequent and effective communications with its customers in order to set the correct expectations. One major tool that we use on all projects is Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services. All aspects of our projects are managed through this tool. Sharepoint allows us to share information real-time, on-demand with our customers, without multiple versions of the same document located in several different places.
