A highly knowledgeable team with product and/or industry expertise will work together with your business and technology teams to perform some high level analysis to prepare the proof of concept. The presentation of the proof of concept will include various scenarios of the proposed solution to demonstrate to you how the system will perform to help ease the buying process.

Custom Development
Real Solutions' developers play a critical role in a project's success. Typically, the developers are responsible for customizing the solution to make it customer specific, so it applies to your business. Developers are included early on in the project so they can understand the business reasons that are driving the need for modifications. Training
We have a state of the art training facility located at our Chicago office. This facility is used for the initial Key User training identified in major projects. The key user training helps explain the solution terminology and is often the first, in depth look at the product for the key user project participants. The training facility will also be used for regularly scheduled training events. On a monthly basis, we conduct training courses on the various components of the software solution. The courses we offer in a given month will be determined by polling the customer community and scheduled at an appropriate time of the month and year.
