We have a state of the art training facility available at our Chicago office.  This facility is used for the initial Key User training identified in major projects.  The key user training helps explain the new solution terminology and is often the first, in-depth look at the product for the key user project participants.  The training facility will also be used for our regularly scheduled training events.  On a monthly basis, each office will be conducting a training course, or courses, on various components of the solution.  The courses offered will be determined by polling the customer community and scheduled at an appropriate time during the month and year.
